My Challenge

My challenge for 30 days would be to get daily exercises for at least 45 minutes everyday. I chose this challenge because I want to get a higher score for my beep test so I could have my new record and maybe improve on my mark. I also want to do this because I want to extend my running time so I could keep on running without stopping for couple of kilometres. I could plan to reach my goal by keeping to walk to school everyday and maybe make some time for running around the block everyday. I hope this will help to reach my goal.

  1. Sounds like a plan Colin. You should talk to Ms Krishnan. She teaches running clinics for the running room and she used to run marathons. She might be able to give you some tips.
